Ποικίλα, είναι και τα αρωματικά και γευστικά χαρακτηριστικά του συγκεκριμένου ρουμιού, που ακροβατούν ανάμεσα στην ανθικότητα και τον στιβαρό χαρακτήρα.

FRUITY AND SPICY

Distilled in column stills at the Destilerías Unidas S.A. de Peru, in the Chicama Valley, an extremely arid region on the Peruvian north coast and then matured two to three years in France.

TASTING NOTES

Nose : Starts on pastry notes with vanilla followed by dried fruit wich evolve to exotic notes, well-married with woody undertones.

Palate : Nutty on the first palate, it becomes woodier with a large palette of aromas, including vanilla pods and old barrel notes. The fruits are still very present and varied.

Finish : The final notes are complexified by a touch of spices.
