1883 Roasted Hazelnut Syrup
With the delicious flavour of freshly roasted hazelnuts, Roasted Hazelnut 1883 syrup has a mild roasted hazelnut flavour, well balanced with notes of popcorn and coffee for a slightly smoky finish. Roasted Hazelnut 1883 syrup is made from carefully selected ingredients including natural cane sugar and our secret ingredient, pure Alpine water.
Nose : A semi-sweet, well-balanced roasted hazelnut flavour paired with popcorn, coffee and lightly smoky notes.
HAZELNUT OLD FASHIONED
A greedy and attractive cocktail in the style of the famous Old Fashioned, with a fruity note.
INGREDIENTS
4CL STRAWBERRY PURÉE
2CL 1883 ROASTED HAZELNUT SYRUP
4 DASHES ANGOSTURA BITTERS
6CL BOURBON
PREPARATION
Pour the purée, the syrup, the bitters and the Bourbon into a jam-jar glass.
Shake and add crushed ice.
Serve with a strawberry, a hazelnut, a mint sprig and a mini-bottle of bitters.

A “little” tasting coffee, perfect at the end of a meal.

1CL 1883 ROASTED HAZELNUT SYRUP
WHIPPED CREAM
PREPARATION
Pour the syrup in a shot glass.
Lay the coffee over the syrup, then cover with whipped cream.
Decorate with grated hazelnut, cocoa powder and half a hazelnut.
