1883 Cinnamon Syrup
With a sweet woody scent and an intense brown colour, Cinnamon 1883 syrup has a deliciously spicy and sweet flavour, enhanced by various peppery notes. Cinnamon 1883 syrup is made from carefully selected ingredients including natural cane sugar and our secret ingredient, pure Alpine water.

CINNAMON SPICED COOKIE MOCHA
This drink can also work well with 1883 Caramel or with 1883 White Chocolate syrups.
INGREDIENTS
3CL 1883 CHOCOLATE COOKIE SYRUP
1CL 1883 CINNAMON SYRUP
12CL MILK
3CL ESPRESSO
WHIPPED CREAM (TO GARNISH)
DARK CHOCOLATE SAUCE (TO GARNISH)
PREPARATION
Pour the Chocolate Cookie and the Cinnamon syrups in a cup.
Prepare an expresso and gently stir it with the syrups.
Steam milk with a steam nozzle and pour it on top of the rest of the ingredients.
Top it up with whipped cream and garnish with Dark Chocolate sauce.
Serve.

1CL 1883 CINNAMON SYRUP
5CL VERMOUTH ROUTIN ORIGINAL ROUGE
1CL ORANGE JUICE
10CL WARM WATER
PREPARATION
In a milk pot (for a professional, you can use a pan if you don’t have coffe machine with steam nozzle): warm up sweet vermouth and orange juice.
Pour in a toddy mug (or cup).
Pour the syrup and warm water.
Stir well.
Garnish with lemon wedge, cloves and cinnamon stick.
