MARGARITA

There’s no mistaking the distinctive look of a classic margarita, with a ring of salt around the rim of the glass and a cloudy yellow hue. These tasty cocktails are so popular they even have a cocktail glass of their very own - the Margarita glass, an iconic stepped diameter glass.

INGREDIENTS

40ml Tequila

25ml Funkin Cocktails Pure Pour Lime

20ml Triple sec (orange liqueur)

PREPARATION

Put all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with lots of ice

Shake until the shaker feels ice cold to the touch (around 20 seconds)

Run some lime juice around the edge of your glass and twist in some salt

Strain your mix into the glass (careful to avoid the salt around the rim)

Garnish the edge of the glass with a lime wedge.
