1883 Falernum Syrup
With its bouquet of aromas unmistakably reminiscent of Falernum liqueur, Falernum 1883 syrup has a lively flavour with intense notes of lime, ginger, nutmeg, clove and rum. Falernum 1883 syrup is alcohol-free and made from carefully selected ingredients, including natural cane sugar and our secret ingredient, pure Alpine water.

3CL 1883 FALERNUM SYRUP
2CL WHITE AGRICOLE RHUM
2CL SPICED RON
3CL PINK GRAPEFRUIT JUICE
3CL BLOOD ORANGE JUICE
3CL PASSION FRUIT JUICE
8CL GINGER BEER
PREPARATION
Pour all the ingredients (except ginger beer) in a small shaker tin full of ice.
Shake hard for 10 seconds.
Pour all in a Tiki mug (or Hurricane).
Fill with the ginger beer.
Stir well.
Complete with crushed ice.
Garnish with a mint sprig, almonds, ginger, orange peel, cloves and a flamming cinnamon stick.

8CL GUAVA JUICE
6CL LIME SODA
1/2 PASSION FRUIT
PREPARATION
Empty half a passion fruit in a Tumbler.
Fill of ice and pour all the ingredients.
Stir well.
Garnish with a mint sprig and exotic fruits.
