1883 Elderflower Syrup

Recalling the delicate scent of freshly picked elderflowers, Elderflower 1883 syrup is characterized by a taste that is both sweet and floral, enhanced by intense notes of lychee. Elderflower 1883 syrup is alcohol-free and made from carefully selected ingredients, including natural cane sugar and our secret ingredient, pure Alpine water.

A non alcoholic drink as attractive as the famous Italian aperitive.

INGREDIENTS

1.5CL 1883 SPRITZ SYRUP

0.5CL 1883 ELDERFLOWER SYRUP

15CL TONIC WATER

PREPARATION

Pour all the ingredients in a ballon glass full of ice.

Finish with Tonic water.

Stir well.

Garnish with a mint sprig, a lemon quater and blueberries.

STRAWBERRY ELDERFLOWER AGUA FRESCA

INGREDIENTS

2 OZ. 1883 STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE MIX

½ OZ. 1883 ELDERFLOWER SYRUP

½ OZ. FRESH LEMON JUICE

4 OZ. SPARKLING WATER

ICE

GARNISH

3 THYME SPRIGS

LEMON,

STRAWBERRY SLICES

PREPARATION

Pour ice in a 16 oz. glass.

Add all the ingredients into a mixing tin and back into serving glass to mix.

Fill of ice if necessary. Garnish and serve..
