1883 Cucumber Syrup

INGREDIENTS

1.5CL 1883 CUCUMBER SYRUP

2.5CL WHITE MINT LIQUOR

12CL SPARKLING WATER

PREPARATION

In a tumbler full of ice: pour mint liquor and sparkling water.

Finish with syrup to have a sunrise effect.

Stipulate to mix before drink.

Garnish with mint sprig and cucumber slice.

2CL 1883 CUCUMBER SYRUP

1CL 1883 GREEN APPLE SYRUP

2CL ROUTIN PASTIS DES ALPES

2CL LEMON WEDGES

45CL LAGER BEER

PREPARATION

Pour the syrups and the Pastis in a Pint Glass.

Squeeze the lemon wedges and put them in the glass.

Complete with Lager beer.
