Using 100% Weber blue agave, picked at their peak — anywhere from 8-12 years old — Añejo is aged in French Oak barrels for a minimum of 14 months. ½ oz. agave syrup

½ oz. lemon juice

Half of a serrano pepper

Muddle serrano peppers in a shaker.

Add all ingredients to tin and shake hard for 10 seconds.

Double strain into rocks glass. Garnish with salted sugar.
