Belvedere Vodka

Belvedere Vodka is the first super-premium vodka, created from 600 years of Polish vodka-making tradition. Crafted using 100% Polska rye and water from its own natural well, Belvedere is all natural, contains zero additives or sugar, is certified Kosher by the Orthodox Union, and is produced in accordance with the legal requirements of Polish Vodka. Its taste profile is structured, elegant and balanced, with a subtle sweetness, velvety rich mouthfeel and smooth, clean finish.

TASTING NOTES

NOSE: Soft and inviting, with notes of vanilla and cream. Faint hint of vanilla along with some gentle, soft cream characteristics.

PALATE: Full and round with medium body and a naturally smooth, rich and velvety texture. Light vanilla notes sway between sweet and savory, with a hint of black pepper and spice.

FINISH: Sustained with notes of almond, clotted cream and faint brazil nut characteristics.

A complex grain with ancient roots

Belvedere’s Polska rye is a special heritage grain, one of the fine grains to remain unchanged since ancient times. Known for its tenacious ability to withstand aggressive temperatures and challenging soil, our rye is sourced from just eight local agricultural partners for 100% traceability.

Unlike more neutral ingredients, such as wheat or corn, rye imparts distinct taste and character. Neutrality used to be associated with quality in vodka, but Belvedere has always championed the signature depth and complexity that comes from rye.

Pristine water sets a flawless stage

Our water is drawn from a natural artesian well on the grounds of the Belvedere distillery. Filtered and purified, it is blended with Polska rye to provide a flawless backdrop that allows the grain’s complex flavors to shine through.

Belvedere, the first super-premium vodka, represents 600 years of Polish vodka-making tradition. Our distillery is one of the world’s longest continuously operating facilities, making vodka since 1910.

Small and intimate, the distillery delivers Belvedere’s signature consistent quality and has been recognized by the European Commission for its aggressive sustainability agenda, having reduced CO2 emissions by 42% since 2012.

Belvedere’s production is regulated by the Polska Vodka legal regulation, one of the strictest in the world. As the appellation dictates, all production must take place on Polish soil, the spirit must be made of either grain or potato, and nothing else can be added.
