Ktima Voyatzi Dry White

Type : Dry White, Protected Geographical Indication Velvento.

Varieties : Assyrtiko, Chardonnay.

Description : Straw yellow color, intense floral and fruity characters on the nose, fresh and crisp on the palate, with exotic fruits and balanced acidity. Great stylish wine, with a long crisp finish.

Vinification : Traditional white wine vinification; the first pressing is separated, clarified by static sedimentation, and the clear must is fermented at controlled temperature of 18ο - 20ο C. Each variety is vinified separately, and blending is carried out after fermentation.
