Vinification : Low temperature skin contact for 2-3 hours of the crushed grapes, juice clarification and low temperature fermentation of the clarified juice, maturation two or three months in tanks on its lees.

Description : Bright yellow color with greenish hues, intense floral citrus, pineapple and hints of honey on the nose, full bodied and rich on the palate, with ripe fruits, well-balanced acidity and a long finish.
