In case you place an order through e-mail or fax, please do not forget to write down your phone number. It is necessary for us to confirm your order.
The easiest way is to order online through our website: the number of possible problems or mistakes is minimized and the order data are always complete.

How can I pay my order?
You may choose any of the following methods:

  • By using your credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro)
  • By using Paypal service
  • By bank deposit
  • Cash upon delivery

 
Which are the delivery days and hours?
Orders are delivered:

  • Monday to Friday 09:00 – 21:00
  • Saturday 10:00 - 20:00

No deliveries are made on Sundays and official holidays.
 
Do you deliver same day?
Yes, for Attica only.

Is there a minimum purchase limit for placing an order?
No, there is not. Please notice that orders below 49 euros are charged with delivery expenses.

Are there any delivery charges for my order?
Free delivery across Greece for orders above 49 euros for goods weight up to 3 kg.
For delivery across the European Union, please check the Pricelist
 
What happens, if the item I am looking for is out of stock?
If the item you are looking for is out of stock (due to seasonality or small production), you will see a special sign under its title. In case your order is placed before the signal, you will be informed through e-mail.

Are all the products ready-to-deliver?
The vast majority of products are ready to be delivered within one day or two (depending on the time of the order placement and the place of delivery).
But there are some products with special features, which are not on stock. In this case, the Customer Service will inform you about the expected time of delivery. If it is acceptable to you, the order is confirmed.

What can I do, if I find a defective product?
In case a product does not fulfill your expectations, please contact the Customer Service at 30 2102203460 or email sales@akros.gr and you will be informed about the return process.
 
How can I spot products for specific dietary needs?
You may simply use the special search filters we have created for each product category. You will find them at the left column of the site, under the title Dietary Needs.

You may use the search engine located at the right upper part of your screen to enter the product title.

Is there a physical store?
akros.gr is exclusively an e-commerce platform. It applies modern technology to meet the needs of consumers and commercial customers in the most effective and sophisticated way.
