White Rooster

White dry wine, Xinomavro & Chardonnay.

Light gold with mild red streaks, thick enough complexion. It’s nose is of medium depth, thick and complicated with earthy aromas, minerals and citrus fruit (orange blossom and peach). In the mouth is dry, warm enough with stressed acidity, and a few tannin bites. Full body, and strong. Long enough aftertaste.

Barrel: Chardonnay has 3 months barrel

Serving temperature: 12-13 ℃

Ageing strength: Always fresh, in a large glass with a “smaller” top and it would be perfect if decanted half an hour prior to service.

Food pairing: White meat, Fishes, Vegetables, Pasta
