Verjuice or "Agourida" in Greek is a juice from unripe grapes that works as a gentle acidulant for food, desserts and cocktails.
Tasting Note
It's distinguished for its delicate taste with a characteristic light sweetness and refreshing acidity. In the nose it displays a rich pallet of red fruits and spices.

The Verjuice is a delicious ingredient for creative cocktails, non-alcoholic mocktails and fine cooking, adding freshness and an elegant aromatic artefaste.
It is ideal for all meals served with wine because of their common origin.

Production
The grapes were hand-picked from family-owned vineyards of Lyrarakis during the last week of Jully (Green Harvest). The unripe grapes were then transferred to the winery where they got de-stemmed and pressed in the pneumatic press. The juice was then led into a stainless steel tank where it was clarified.
