Vinification : Traditional red wine vinification. Following a long maceration on the skins. Each variety is vinified separately and the wines are getting married during ageing. The young wine is transferred to oak casks, where the malolactic fermentation takes place. It matures in cask for one year and then is bottled and further aged.

Description : Deep red in color, berries on the nose together with flowers and herbs, incorporated with earthy and spicy notes. Dried berry fruits and herbs on the palate, vigorous integrated tannins, showing deep flavored body and great backbone and an admirable finish. A seductive wine, with velvet texture and earthy authentic finesse.
