TASTING NOTES: A pale, lemon-yellow, mouth-filling white wine, with an aromatic fusion of ripe exotic summer fruits. The palate offers notes of nectarines, yellow peaches, melon, pineapple and passionfruit, with a balanced acidity and a long lingering finish.
FOOD PAIRING: This elegant wine is ideal with fresh fish or as a cool glassful on its own; its balanced acidity makes it perfect for your shellfish dish; drink it with linguine pasta alle vongole; pair with creamy spinach crepes; or try it with a seafood risotto.
SERVING TIPS: Serve at 10-12 °C in wine glasses with foot, elongated stem and small bowl to preserve the aromas and maintain cool temperature.
WINE MAKING PROCESS: After harvest, the grapes are quickly and carefully transported to the winery. The pre-fermentation extraction lasts for 14 hours at 12°C.The alcoholic fermentation takes place at 15°C in stainless steel refrigerated tanks, where it is kept for one additional month. The presence of lees and the periodical baronage give the wine freshness and texture.
