Exclusively vintage spirit.
We gently distilled the thin wine lees from many different varieties like Malagouzia, Sauvignon Blanc, Assyrtiko and other white grape varieties.
Aromas of fresh baked bread with ripe fruits, jam apricot, green olives and sweet notes from nightflower and mushrooms. In the mouth is rich with full body, long duration crispy aftertaste.
Distilled in discontinuous Copper Column Stills in Greece

Alcohol Content: 40% vol.
Best Served: at temperature of 12-15 °C
