Goslings 151 proof Black Seal comes from a long, dark line of Bermuda rums. So, unlike most high octane spirits, it has a deep, rich flavor not overpowered by alcohol burn. This is a muscular but refined rum that’s now widely recognized as the best overproof rum available. Ingredients

2 oz Goslings Black Seal Rum

4 oz Tomato Juice or Clamato (for a Seal Caesar)

Spices (Fresh Horseradish, Celery Salt, Black Pepper, Lea & Perrins Worcestershire, Tabasco)

¼ oz Fresh lemon juice

Method

Build in Boston Shaker, quickly shake. Strain over fresh ice in a pint glass. Garnish with a lemon slice and celery stalk.
