Tasting profile
Nose: Primarily black fruits, plum, black cherry, liquorice and lavender. Spices are also evident, mostly cloves as well as cedar and vanilla.
Palate: Black fruits and spices confirm the nose. However we can also distinguish some herbs and baked fruits, as well as notes of raisin. Medium to high body, soft tannins, medium acidity and pleasant finish.
Best served at 15 - 18ºC.
Pairing suggestions: Grilled red meat, Roasted pork, Pastitsio, Pasta with meat and light sauce, Stews, Mousaka, Cured meat, Cheese platter.

Grape varieties: Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon & Grenache Rouge
Origin: From selected vineyards of Domaine Hatzimichalis, part of the private owned vineyard in Atalanti Valley, Central Greece.
Vinification: Each variety is being fermented separately with the technique of the classic red vinification method. It matures for 6-12 months, depending on the variety, in small French oak barriques under controlled temperature, in our underground cellars.
