Grape varieties: 100% Sauvignon Blanc

Origin: Exclusively from the selected, sub mountainous vineyard “Kriovrisi”, on the north side of mount Chlomo.

Vinification: Cold prefermentation maceration and fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats.

Alcoholic strength: 13,5% Vol

Tasting notes: Bright light yellow colour with green hues. Discreet citrus aromas, harmoniously blended with notes of melon and freshly cut grass. Elegant in the palate with refreshing acidity which adds vitality, medium body, silky texture and a fresh, persistent aftertaste.

Food pairings – Serving temperature: Taste it with green salads, seafood, fresh oysters, grilled fish and vegetables, even with asparagus. Also ideal choice to accompany the recipes of Indian cuisine based on coriander and of course goat cheese. Best served at 8-10°C.
