Vineyards
The grapes are sourced from the winery’s own vineyard in the Demesticha region of Achaia located at 750m elevation and from a vineyard in the Fostaina region of Achaia, at an elevation of 200m. The soil is a mixture of sand and clay and the grape yields are about 8000 - 9000kg per hectare.
Winemaking
Skin contact for 40% of the grapes, fermentation in stainless steel tank, minimal lees contact and bottled early to retain the delicate aromatics.
