Ifestou Lava

Wine naturally sweet from over-harvested grapes of the ancient Greek variety Limnio.

After we have the grapes under the sun for about two weeks, we let them knead naturally for almost three months: the sweetness of the wine is nothing more than the dried sugar of the grape!

There is aging 6-8 years old in large oak barrels to create complex flavors and dense taste.

It consumes 10-12 c

It is susceptible to long aging.

It accompanies tarts of dried fruits, sweet sauces, and chocolate temptations.
