A world-class white variety and one of the most important varieties of the Mediterranean.

The terroir helps the vine to breathe throughout the day. In the morning it absorbs heat resulting in normal growth of the vine and in the evening it repels it, maintaining the size and moisture it needs to grow.

Its acidity is its most pronounced characteristic and its intense greenish-white colour with light golden highlights. While focusing on structure, extract and flavour volume with hints of aromatic herbs and minerality.

It appeals to those seeking white wines with uncompromising character and intense style.
