Chardonnay is the most popular white variety in the world and not without reason, it has been called the "king of whites". It originated in the Burgundy region of France and owes its name to the village of the same name, whose name comes from the Latin word "chardonnacum". It is now cultivated in almost all wine-growing regions of the world.

The taste of Chardonnay is heavily influenced by the terroir and soil.

It gives us a pleasant wine with a pleasantly rich aroma and balanced acidity with a greenish colour.

On the palate, fresh, crisp notes of tropical citrus fruits, vanilla, cedar and butter are discernible. On the nose are intense fruits such as pineapple and banana.
