NOSE : Refined and complex. Floral (lilac), fruity (apricot), spicy (clove), leathery.
PALATE : Powerful and firm. Spice (pepper) and oak aromas evolving on ripe fruits (peach), caramelised apple and flowers (honeysuckle).
FINISH : Long and oaky. Coastal notes, ripe fruits (prune, peach), vanilla, oak.
RECOMMENDED SERVES : Straight or on the rocks.
