Organic quinoa tricolor,  from white-black and red seeds. A colorful and nutritious combination with unique texture and a very good taste, which comes from Peru. Basic diet of the Incas civilization which stands over the centuries for its high nutritional value. Rich in fiber, proteins and amino acids, it contains also potassium, iron, zinc and several B vitamins. It does not contain gluten so it is easy to digest. 

Preparation: Rinse the seeds of quinoa and boil on low heat. For every 1 dose quinoa, attributable 2 doses of water. Cooking time: 12-15 minutes.
