We think we know about mint… but its history is jam-packed with little secrets. In ancient times, for example, it symbolized hospitality. In Ancient Greece, mint leaves were left on the table to offer guests a warm welcome. Another interesting fact is that green tea only arrived in Morocco in the 18th century.
