Ingredients : Nutmeg, pepper, juniper, oregano, cinnamon, salt.
Recipe : Saute 3 chopped onions for 2 minutes. Add 500gr minced, 1 cup white wine and saute for 5 minutes. Add 2 cups water, 3 diced tomatoes, 1 tablespoon tomato paste, 1 grated carrot, 1 tablespoon of mix for Mousaka, and cook for 45 minutes. Spread on an cooking pan 1 of layer fried potatoes, 1 layer of minced, 1 layer of eggplant, again 1 layer of minced meat and finish with 1 layer of bechamel. Bake in oven at 180o C for one hour.
