Ingredients : Curry, chilli, mustard, cayenne pepper, oregano, thyme, salt, turmeric.

Recipe : Sprinkle the chicken with the mix for chicken and place in pan . Add 2 cups of Cretan olive oil, 2 cups crushed tomatoes, 2 cups water and bake 1 hour at 180o C. You can also use the mix for chicken to chicken fillet and bake at BBQ.
