Balance, breadth and fluidity characterize our Crème de Cassis. The fruits, of the most noble variety, the Noir de Bourgogne, are harvested at full maturity on the hillsides of Burgundy Grands Crus.

Store : in a fresh place after opening if the bottle is to remain open for several months. Store away from light and heat.
Tasting notes
To the eye: the color is opaque with hints of black ink. Disc young, bluish, purple. The viscosity is quite sustained. Beautiful shine.
To the nose : pure and fresh, very aromatic and expressive. The fruit trumps the heat.
In the mouth : the attack is smooth, ample and round. Nice overall balance between the sugar and the acidity of the fruit. The feeling of fruit puree prevails. The finish is fresh and pure. Exceptional length in the mouth, around 15 to 20 caudalies.
