From the privately owned, low-production, vineyards of the winery we pick the healthiest grapes and with minimum interventions and additions a P.D.O. Mantinia at its purest form is produced.

‘Wild’ fermentation creates an aromatic complexity that combines the aromas of white peach and citron which are followed by a slightly acidic yet full flavor and after- taste of jasmine.

It is recommended as an accompaniment for meat with lemon sauces, medium grilled oily fish and shellfish. Stored under good conditions, it keeps its rich characteristics for at least 3 years. Served at 10-12˚C.
