Psithiros Red

Combination of Kotsifali - Liatiko - Merlot varieties. Purple colour, complex aroma of red fruits and caramel with small notes of spices and vanilla. Intense aftertaste, good structure long finish. Pairs well with cheese varieties, red meats and grilled fillets. Serve at 15-17°C.

Vinification: Alcoholic fermentation and maceration in stainless steel tanks at 23°C. Fermentation completed in 15 days. Maturation in French oak barrels for 8 months. Poma natural cork. Possibility to remain in bottle for 6-9 years.
