Grifos White

Wine fermented with indigenous yeasts in a traditional ceramic jar of 300 litres capacity. The wine was separated from the grapes and transferred to oak barrels, where it remained for 3 months. This was followed by bottling without filtering. 100% recyclable stoppers of plant origin from sugar cane were used.

Aromas of peach, green apple, citruses and in the mouth you get an interesting minerality and a round finish.

Pair it with a white fish and don’t forget the poached asparagus!
