Meth΄Imon Opsimo, Red wine

Opsimo is our Icon wine from super-ripe Syrah, Grenache and Limniona produced in approximately 2000 bottles from yields that do not exceed 15hl/ha. Impenetrable purple colour with luxurious oak and a core of blueberries, liquorice and ink. Full-throttle, dense wine with ripe yet firm tannins. It is produced only in exceptional vintages.

Varieties: Syrah, Limniona, Grenache Rouge

Suggested serving temperature: After 2 hours of decanting at 16-18 C in high volume glasses.

Vinification: Classic red, matured in French and American oak barrels for 30 months.
