Vineyard : From our ten hectares vineyards at Peania of Attica.
Soil : Mostly clayey sand (SC), slightly alkaline.
Climate : Temperate mediterranean with hot, dry summers and mild winters.
Vinification : Hand picking of the grapes, carried to our winery in small lattices. Classic white wine vinification in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature.
Bottled : At Domaine Vassiliou. First bottled in 2015
