The careful selection of the grapes and the loving vinification give this wine an explosive aromatic personality with a slight hint of honey. Enjoy this wine slightly chilled at a drinking temperature of 8 °C to 10 °C.

It goes well with fish and seafood and delicacies from the Far East, but also with normal Greek dishes that you can eat in the evening on the terrace or in a restaurant on the coast after the heat of the day has subsided in summer.
