Natural Wine «Profitis»

“Profitis” is produced from a proselytic vineyard of organic agriculture, 450 m high. It is a seductive wine, highly aromatic, with notes of dried citrus and Muscat raisins. It has an elegant taste, soft and round. Fermented and matured for 12 months in special οval tanks and like all natural wines has been bottled unfiltered, unglazed and without the addition of sulfites. It is great with seafood such as shrimp, mussels and shellfish.
