1883 Tangerine Syrup

Its scent is that of freshly squeezed citrus fruits. Mandarin 1883 syrup has the intense, juicy flavour of ripe mandarin with balanced acidity. Mandarin 1883 syrup is made from carefully selected ingredients including natural cane sugar and our secret ingredient, pure Alpine water.

A vermouth lemonade.

INGREDIENTS

2CL 1883 TANGERINE SYRUP

3CL VERMOUTH ROUTIN ORIGINAL ROUGE

1CL LEMON JUICE

12CL SODA WATER

PREPARATION

Pour all the ingredients in a Tumbler full of ice, finish with soda water.

Stir well.

Garnish with a whole lemon peel.

GINGER & CITRUS COLLINS

An almost “energizing” drink with its spicy side brought by the ginger and the vitamins of citrus fruits.

2CL LEMON JUICE

16CL GINGER BEER

ORANGE PEEL

PREPARATION

Pour the syrup in a Tumbler glass.

Gently pour the Ginger Ale so that overlaps in the syrup, and add the lemon juice.

Decorate and serve.
