1883 Melon Syrup

GARDEN ICED TEA

INGREDIENTS

30 ML　GREEN TEA CONCENTRATED BASE

15 ML　MELON SYRUP

10-15 MINT LEAVES

40 ML APPLE JUICE

TOP WITH SODA WATER

PREPARATION

Add the ingredients to a shaker except soda water

Ice up 2/3 of the shaker with cubed ice

Shake vigorously for 7 to 10 seconds

Strain into a glass filled with ice cubes

Top up with soda water

MELON SPARKLING CLOUDY LEMONADE

INGREDIENTS

20 ML CLOUDY LEMONADE

10 ML MELON SYRUP

10 ML BASIL SYRUP

150 ML SODA WATER

PREPARATION

Combine ingredients in a glass filled with ice cubes and stir.

Garnish with Basil leaves.
