Coconut is considered a functional food, since it can bring many benefits to the body: think that the Coconut Plant, in producing countries, is called “the tree of life”! Widely used in Indian cuisine, it has also spread to us in its many forms, but the fruit itself remains for Italians the symbol of summer on the beach.

Mixer selects the best coconut from Sri Lanka to create its puree concentrate, ideal for having many cocktails available all year round, first of all the Piña Colada, and to give more flavor to sweets and drinks based on chocolate or banana.

15 ml Mixer Pineapple puree

30 ml Mixer Coconut puree

20 ml Mixer Ginger syrup

60 ml Fresh Pineapple juice

Preparations

1. Fill Glass with ice and pour into Blender.

2. Pour ingredients over ice and blend untill smooth.

3. Serve into a hurricane glass

Mixer fruit puree concentrates are the preferred products of thousands of professional bar staff available now in over 50 countries. They contain 100 % pureed fruit picked at the end of the season and then concentrated and bottled maintaining all the attributes from fresh fruit but now served in a drink.

They are ideal to strengthen and balance your beverages, working together with fruit in season and stand-alone when fresh is scarce and costly. They are consistent in flavour, sweetness, texture and acidity and used for a multitude of serves, be it cocktails, mocktails, smoothies, milkshakes, tea’s, slushes and cold brew coffee.

Our fruit purees are sourced the world over with best crop selection procedures to select the top varieties with intense flavour and aroma and when possible, we do our best to work with fruits at kilometer zero as we are lucky to have our production facility in Italy where a wide selection of fruits is available. Harvesting is end of season when the fruit reaches an advanced stage of ripeness ensuring the best pulp and sugar rich balance. The fruit is then concentrated at our state-of-the-art production facility with a process to ensure an optimal product yield eliminating excess water which would lead to one of those watery cocktails we have drunk once in our life! Our production process is geared to enhance the raw material, never pasteurizing to protect the natural fragrance and then adding our know-how tried and tested since 1990. Our finished product is expertly blended adding lemon juice, sugar and natural pectins to stabilize the organoleptic properties. Essential oils added from the peel of the fruit complete the production process. Mixer fruit purees are aromatic and concentrated to ensure that even after dilution with ice, spirits, milk, juices or tea the full and consistent taste of the best in seasonal fruit can be enjoyed in every glass.
