El Dorado Rum Enmore is a 100% tropically aged Demerara rum, called "the liquid gold of Guyana" .
Distilled in 1993 and bottled at cask strength of 56.5%, made in the spectacular, one and only in the world 100% Wooden Continuous Coffey Still.
A delicious, aromatic rum aged in oak barrels in tropical Guyana.
Smell: Intense aroma of wood and spices, with notes of liquorice, vanilla, espresso coffee, brown sugar and dry fruits like nuts and almonds, very complex.
Taste: In the mouth it is dry, with soft notes of oak, ripe sweet fruits, like apricot and peach with a hint of vanilla and honey that balances the bitterness of the oak.
An excellent rum, very complex with an attractive sensation.
