Professional Edition D explores the raw expression of Cuban sugarcane and aguardiente. It was created by Cuban rum master Salome Alemán and head of Cuban rum masters Juan Carlos González with bar entrepreneurs Carina Soto Velasquez and Alex Kratena. By blending fresh destilado de cana with full-bodied and aromatic aged aguardientes it delivers an intense expression of Cuban rum's unique character.
