The Kraken Black Spiced Rum got its name from a mythical sea monster –the Kraken–which is rumoured to have attacked a ship carrying large quantities of rum during the 18th century.

The monster killed the entire crew and destroyed all the barrels of rum, except one, which was badly stained by the squid’s black ink…

…And this is how The Kraken Rum was born.

COLOUR: Very dark, almost black.

AROMA: Notes of chocolate that turn into an intense aroma of coffee and cinnamon.

FLAVOUR: Unique, with intense notes of chocolate, molasses and vanilla that harmoniously blend with touches of clove, cinnamon and ginger.

FINISH: Warming, with a vanilla mouthfeel and discrete coffee and subtle pepper notes.
