TEELING PINEAPPLE PLANTATION CASK RUM

A sweet and soft whiskey matured in barrels containing Plantation Stiggins Pineapple rum.

The mixture is bottled at 49.2% ABV, so it has a lot of nerve, but the overall taste is well developed and balanced.

On the nose it opens with dense, sweet notes of pineapple and citrus. Lemon and oranges come next, giving it a nice tart hint. There is also a subtle note of vanilla and caramel.

The taste is earthy, with notes of oak and black pepper. More citrus fruits appear and stand out more from the sour taste. The pineapple notes are excellent along with earthy oak flavors.

The finish is wonderfully sweet, full of wood, pineapple and caramel.
