Ron Zacapa Reserva Limitada 2019 Rum
Reserva Limitada rum: blended rums aged between 6 and 24 years old. The casks previous held whisky and Pedro Ximénez before ageing the rum, which were also matured for 2 years in re-charred barrels.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Lots of fruit here - mango, pineapple, strawberry, apricot among them. Develops smoky barrel char hints along the way.
Palate: Caramel at the fore, with citrus and exotic fruits following soon after. A touch of herbaceous spice and another light waft of smoke.
Finish: Banana and almonds with a little dusting of baking spice.
