A highly aromatic liqueur with an exquisitely sweet, floral bouquet.
Edinburgh Gin’s Elderflower Liqueur is distilled using the best natural flavours, Elderflower has a distinctive floral aroma and flavour that marry beautifully with our Edinburgh Gin Classic. This gin liqueur is subtle yet complex.
Our 20% ABV Elderflower Liqueur brings a light, floral profile. It is a honeyed, flavourful libation that’s an ideal counterpoint to sharper flavours, and makes a refreshing Elderzest cocktail when paired with gin, lemonade and fresh mint. It makes a sweet addition to good quality tonic water or Prosecco, and is equally enjoyable served over ice.

Ingredients
25ml Edinburgh Gin's Elderflower Liqueur
100ml Prosecco
Method
Add the Elderflower Liqueur to a chilled champagne flute or coupette.
Top with Prosecco and serve.
Elderflower Coupe
The sweet aromatics of our Elderflower Liqueur are balanced by fresh lemon in this simple Martini-style cocktail.
Ingredients
25ml Classic Edinburgh Gin
15ml Edinburgh Gin's Elderflower Liqueur
10ml Dry Vermouth
15ml fresh lemon juice
Method
Shake all ingredients with ice.
Strain into a coupe glass.
Garnish with lemon and elderflowers (when in season).
