Troupis Ekato - Dry Rosé Wine

“Ekato” in Greek means one hundred. One hundred days is the time that we leave the skins in contact with the must so as to produce the first of its kind “red” wine of the gris variety Moschofilero.

Intensively floral,rose pedals and ginger come forward followed by a quince jam flavour. Slightly tannic taste with balanced acidity.
