Distilled in Nikka Whisky’s signature “Coffey Still”, the rich and mellow spirit at the heart of this gin is characterized by a luxurious and silky texture. In addition to traditional gin botanicals, its stunning aromatic complexity relies on the refreshing burst of Japanese citrus such as Yuzu, Kabosu, Amanatsu and Shikuwasa, the delicate fruitiness of apples, and pleasantly tangy hints of Japanese Sansho pepper on the finish.

Cocktails
RED SNAPPER
INGREDIENTS:
45ml of Nikka Coffey Gin
60ml of fresh tomato juice
15ml of soy sauce
10ml of fresh lemon juice
2 dashes of Tabasco sauce
1 pinch of salt and pepper
Incorporate ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake and pour into a tumbler with ice. Garnish with a green olive, celery stalk and a float of soy sauce.
GIMLET
INGREDIENTS:
45ml of Nikka Coffey Gin
15ml of fresh lime juice
10ml of simple syrup
Incorporate ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and a lime zest.
Shake. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
