Υli 35 Assyrtiko Orange is a wonderful orange wine made with 100% Assyrtiko grapes from a high altitude vineyard in Sofiana, Corinth. It is characterized by a deep gold colour with orange highlights, the aromas of ripe fruits, apricot and quince, with herbal notes, and a rich taste with high acidity and noticeable tannins.
The wine remains in contact with the grape skins for 35 days, and ages for 15 months in 500lt oak barrels.
It pairs well with fatty meats, lamb, game, matured cheese and cured meat.
