Exuberant with complex aromas of red fruits, eucalyptus and herbs.
Winemaking: Classic red vinification with long extraction for 25 days. The whole process of vinification is carried out under controlled temperature conditions, from the initial stage of prefermentation cold-soaking until the completion of fermentation. Maturation lasts 12 months in French oak barrels (70% new – 30% second hand) and 6 months in bottles.
Taste features – Aging: Exuberant red wine with complex red fruit aromas, eucalyptus and herbaceous notes. Rich, creamy mouthfeel. Soft, with ripe tannins and a velvety aftertaste. Aging from 5 to 10 years, depending on the characteristics of the vintage.
Ideal food combination: T-bone steak, Rooster cooked in wine with pasta.

Age – Plant formation: 50 years-old plants in bilateral cordon-trained vines
